Kevin E McEneaney, principle in Hopeworksltd has as long distinguished career in managing and consulting with not for profit organizations. McEneaney has over the last number years worked exclusively with government, foundations and not for profit organization to build new entities, consult and design new therapeutic programs, fundraise and help management look to the future in developing programs and solve problems.

McEneaney under contract with the Annenberg Foundation built a new adolescent mental health and drug treatment program on East 52nd St in the heart of Manhattan. see:  http//:www.centerforliving.org

Hopeworks completed  building the treatment center, designed all of the therapeutic interventions, hired and trained the first staff. Under McEneaney's supervision the center receive all specialized licenses from New York State government . Other projects include work with New York City Health and Hospital Corp assisting designing intervention systems for dually diagnosed Hospital patients. Center for Public Innovation consortium of not for profits in London and Gaudenzia a non profit managing treatment programs in the mid Atlantic states.

Before consulting McEneaney was the Chief Operating Officer/ Executive Vice President of the Phoenix House Foundation, the worlds largest system of drug treatment programs for 35 years.

McEneaney was instrumental in bringing Phoenix House adult , adolescent and in prison treatment programs to more 15 states. He also consulted with Her Majesty’s Prison Service in the United Kingdom to design in prison drug treatment programs.

A key leader in the drug abuse field, he served for 4 years as President of TCA , an organization of more than 500 treatment providers in the US And Canada.

McEneaney has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in New York and a certificate in Public Relations management from New York University. In 1993 he completed a program” Achieving Breakthrough Service” program at the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program.

He has served on many treatment forums in Washington DC and has lectured on issues of drug abuse throughout the U.S and abroad. He has been honored for his leadership locally and at World Federation of Therapeutic Communities.

A partner in HOPEWORKS consulting company, Debra has extensive marketing advancement and branding skills across profit and not for profit businesses. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a particular interest in assisting with start-ups and agencies in need of organizational skills and strategic planning, employing high energy enthusiasm and creativity for adopted projects that can be inspired, ignited and guided. She holds a BA in Fine Arts and Economics and an MBA in Marketing. Building community, identifying assets and resources from within an organization, inspiring opportunities for growth, strong organizational skills and event planning, help position her projects for the future.
